1. The room is spacious and have a simple kitchen. Also got a small dinning table with chairs and fridge. 2. Location is superb!! Very near to Robinson Mall.

The room need to be paint and facilities inside be upgraded. Use a modern furniture. The road outside always flooded.

The location is excellent. The room is large The hotel reminds me of what the 1960s Manila was like.

The hotel is old, and many complain about it. mosquitoes and small cockeroches in the room The cleanliness is not the greatest Robinsons Mall is only cross the road If you have issues with mosquitoes & and cockroches, I clean the room and bathroom myself with dettol I bring form Australia To a more hygienic perspective. I have no further issues. This is a cheap hotel that has a great location Not all hotels are the Hilton. If you have a whining annoying girlfriend or wife, not the place for you. For single guy mostly.

Location. Across the road is the Robinsons Mall Manila. Easily accessible to taxi and few minutes walk to the train station. Building is old, but good for a quick stay. The receptionist was nice, but the reception area is dark and lifeless, can improve with little interior decors and lights would be recommended.the lift is there but old. Hotel room lobby is dark and scarry but ok. I don't see any security guard on the place and anyone can just enter the hotel, work on it. All in all, not bad but not too good either.

1. Huge cockroaches seen in my room-large ones that flies! 2. Shower was bad, need to change. 3. Kitchen utensils are very old and so used up. Didn't bother to use it.hello germs. 4. Change the curtains, it's so old and dirty. 5. Towels are kind of used up. 6. Floor was a bit dirty. I would have mopped it myself if I could find a mop haha 7. Blanket was small and not clean, they can at least have a bigger one next time. Being your own blanket n towels when you come here.

Overall, I think I'd be able to find a similar price with a better hotel experience.

Location and the ref is in good size The WiFi is very strong. Every room has its own WiFi The check in was smooth and fast, no hassle at all. They helped us with our luggages when we came and when we checked out. It was a peaceful stay though.

No toiletries provided unlike before. I asked for a trash bin for the cr and a tissue but they never provided when I stayed there for 2 nights. The blanket provided is only an old, thin white bedsheet. Found baby cockroaches during our 2nd day. I stayed at room 311

It's a great place for family vacations since its very affordable and you can cook

The staff are accommodating, they are flexible. The location is great and the price is affordable The hotel is great for family vacations

The faucet didn't work well The kitchen is not really as clean as expected

Just fair could still improve the facility if the property will have good maintenance.

it would have been a perfect place to stay if the place is well maintained and cleaned well .

Location and accessibility to shops and transportation and services

Two people are allowed to stay but only one blanket and one towel were provided. The blanket is even for kid .so if you don’t bring your blanket you will end up unwrapping the bed mattress to use the bed cover as blanket for the second person . Plumbing was bad. Faucets and the connectors in the bathroom are not installed properly with holes in the wall and rusty. No shower curtain . The cabinets were not painted properly and the black color makes mosquitoes love to stay so I sprayed first to kill them as well as cockroaches crawling .

The mattress is very good. Accessibility to shopping , eatery, grooming , tourist spot and transportation. Have kitchenwares and cutleries. very big room and big bed.
